i am going surf fishing soon and it is my fisrt time. i am going with my dad that doesnt fish, so he cant help me. what is better live or artifical bait? also if live what animal like a fish or a shrimp if artifical what kind, spinner, crank, hard plastic? HELP I WANT TO CATCH SOMTHING!

Usually life bait is better but certainly not for all fish you want to catch. What do you want to catch?

im not shure im am going to be fishing off the coast of el salvador, so mabye reds or if there are any types of fish that you now of that are at that location that get halfway big or over say 2 pounds...
