I need to get some line for trout fishing in small creeks. What pound test would you suggest and what kind of line? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi trout 9.
As mentioned both 8lb &6lb will be OK for Trout.
If you are fishing where there are snags go for the 8lb line.
CAUTION.
Although Braid Lines are now becoming more popular, because of their smaller diameter, they can easily cut fingers to the bone & draw blood.
I know it happened to me,so anyone who uses Small Diameter Braid Lines be Very Careful.
