Hi.
Google types of fish & they will tell you there are,one says over 25,000 species,another says 28000 species Worldwide,it's worth a look.
You have Fish which feed on the bottom,Fish which feed from the bottom to the surface & eat just about anything when they are hungry,then you have the Surface Feeders,also you have the garbage feeders.
