Wal-mart Gift Wrapping

I want to tell you what has happened to me when I've ordered a present to my wife via Wal-mart online store. I've chosen a bracelet for $ 309 and added a gift wrapping. The Company is dependable and famous that is why I've been surprised to get my gift without the wrapping. Gift wrappers missed that and sent me the package as it was, NO gift wrapping. I called the store representative and assistant told me that such situation is absolutely impossible because the gift wrapping service for the item I've bought is basically unavailable, remember that they still charged me for the gift wrapping. Was it just a kind of mistake or scam? What is more, just not long ago they sent me the gift, wrapped, but of such poor-quality and right now it seems to me that the Gift Wrappers at Wal-mart are in a great hurry to wrap as many orders as they could.

Hi meinhorn54, welcome to the forum I don't understand.... Did you order fishing gear or anything fish related for your wife? I ask this because this is a fishing forum so wonder what this has to do with the subject of this forum.

In any case, I think that perhaps you should take it higher up -sometimes, I have found out, managers and others aren't always knowing what is being done. In any case you should get the money back you paid for the wrapping.
