Hi, Im going travelling soon and i'm wondering can anybody suggest a good surf travel rod, also a decent carp type travel rod?

I heard the Shimano Beastmaster S.T.C. is not bad at all....(understatement out of the mouth of the person recommending it)

Where are you travelling to, if it is not too impertinent to ask?
