something with white whine, brown sugar and fresh lemon juice maybe?

It all depends on the marinade....

"Gnagnagna" is right! Good gosh do I love striper...cue salivary glands...

If nothing else, I'll find a recipe I saw in In Fisherman and put that up- they had a really good one.
