Hi
I was wondering how you guys store your gear. I have been fishing for quite a short while, and have already accumulated quite a bit of gear, and was wondering how the best way to both store it and carry it around would be... are there set ups or bags that can carry chair, bait, rods, tackle and so on?
thanks.

Hi Hudspeth,Welcome to the site.
Probably the best, easiest way to store Reels is in their original boxes, some even come with cloth bags.
Make sure they are clean & dry before storage,if by some chance they are accidently given a swim you have to disasemble, clean them, remove the old grease & regrease them.
I just usually wipe my Rods ,store them in the Rod Socks & original tubes.
You can carry your small gear in a Tackle Bag,as you usually set up Rods,Reels just before Fishing & carry them as a unit, however some people set up on the bank which I have found a pain especially when fishing into the night as stuff can be left & sometimes lost.
Also only carry the gear you need to fish with.
