I stopped by the Deerfield, IL Orvis shop today and saw that they are selling the CFO reels for 40% off. I picked up a CFO III Disc Drag for $147. I don't know if the other Orvis stores are running similar sales but this is about as good a price as you can get, even compared to eBay.

You should pick up a couple of the Redington CT reels while you can.I doubt that Sage will keep something that cheap that works well in the line- up since they bought the company.

Never *has* been, IMHO, anyhow. They work a treat for small trout or panfish, where you never really need to put a fish on the reel. I still use a click
