No Calling For Take Out Allowed.

I was delighted to read on Fish Head that the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) law enforcement officers are doing their jobs by stopping people who are “Telephoning” or “Monkey Fishing” - or in layman’s terms, fishing by electrically shocking the fish first and then just scooping them out of the water with nets.

I can’t quite understand what goes through the heads of people like that - even if it was legal - what is the point?
