So, I've been all over the internet going from one bad link to another searching for tips on how to fish crappie at night... So far what i've got is i need to use lights underwater and use dark colored jigs, but the one question i cant find an answer to is where do i set up the lights?

Should i set up in shallow, or deep water?
Also keep in mind it is coming up on june so it's warm in North Cackalacky.

Any tips or suggestions would be very helpful
