The Fishing season is now started on the Main Southwest Miramichi and fishing has been great for spring salmon.The season runs from April the 15th till Oct the 15th.one of the longest fishing seasons in the world for Atlantic Salmon.in April and May much of the fishing is done by wading fishing from boat with guide using sinking lines.the rest of the season the fishing is done by wading using sinking lines.
