I would like to buy my father some beach fishing equipment. He is new to fishing (and I am completely clueless) He has been out with a friend a couple of times and loved it, so I would like to get him his own gear for Christmas, but as I said, I have no Idea where to start or what he would need. Please help.

Hi.
The easiest way is to ask your father's friend the best setup for Beach Fishing & the approximate price range,or ask at any Fishing Tackle Store,Chain Store which sells Tackle,where there are usually people who can help.
