I've been using this knot for years. My dad taught it to me when i was a kid. Sure beats a swivel.
Anyways I use it for everything. My dad called it a Trilene knot...You can guess why he called it that. This vid im posting calls it by a different name.
Hope this helps you newbies out there. I went fishing with my cousin and his friends the other day and had to tie all their knots... I was not very happy!
