How big do flounders get off the beaches? and what would be considered a keeper?

Hi.
From Wikepedia,Flounder grow to 12.5-37.5cm (5-15 inches)Sometimes to 37.5(18 inches)
width is half their length.
Usually a good size Flounder or Sole is Plate sized.
