Hey, I am a firm believer in nightcrawlers!! But some will swear on power bait. But them flyfishin fools will come along and tell you.. 'flies!' . Hey, lets try salmon eggs, spinners, rattle traps and maggotts!! My best advice, well, of course my best advice is, visit my webpage, but my strong opinion is live bait. I have fly fished and bottomed fished and have done all sorts of fishing. Nothing is better then a lawn chair and a night crawler!! Enjoy!

It all depends on the type of trout fishing you are doing. But I would have to say, for most trout fishing, nothing beats a good ole' fashioned fly. Spoons have been known to work well when trolling from a boat.

By our efforts, we have lit a fire as well--a fire in the minds of men. It warms those who feel its power, it burns those who fight its progress, and one day this untamed fire of freedom will reach the darkest corners of our world.

The best bait I have found for Trout is wax worms attached to the hook with BaitStick, I ordered it, its cheap. Find it at www.baitstick.com
