1st tourney

im going to my first bass tournament its a small one on a small 50 acre lake i just wanted to know if anyone had any tips for me last time i was at the lake it had a LOT of grass growing in it but they have put grass carp and done some other things seens then it has a very small island in it and small boat dock its on a resort so it dose get presherd

well i just got back from my trip and it did not rian tourney day but it was windy and hard fishing i got 2nd with 3 sad bass just goes to show there was guys out there with there bassboats and fish finders and little old me in a johnboat with nothing but a trolling motor beat them all well all but one and the guy that beat me was in a john boat to
